Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya visited the Jigme Singye Wangchuck School of Law (JSW Law) on 02 September 2026 during her official visit to the Kingdom of Bhutan.
The visit provided an opportunity to learn about the School’s work in legal education, justice innovation and the development of legal professionals, while exchanging views on the legal systems and judicial traditions of Sri Lanka and Bhutan.
Discussions focused on opportunities to strengthen cooperation and knowledge-sharing in the field of legal education, including academic exchanges, research collaboration and the sharing of experiences and best practices in legal and judicial education.
