Ambassador of Cambodia Kuong Koy paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena at the Temple Trees on Monday (November 6). The Ambassador is concurrently accredited to Sri Lanka while serving as Ambassador to India with residence in New Delhi.
