The ceremony to give freehold land deeds to Mahaweli colonists under the ’Urumaya’ programme, was held under the patronage of President Ranil Wickremesinghe and with the participation of Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena on 04.05.2024 at Polonnaruwa Royal Central College.
